Application period now open to become a member of OP Staff Assembly Steering Committee

Would you like to make a difference in the culture and climate at UCOP? Help plan fun activities for the staff? Get to know more of your fellow staff members?
If so, consider getting involved with OP Staff Assembly (OPSA). The annual process of selecting new members of the OPSA Steering Committee has begun.
Elections for the four open committee positions will take place from June 13 to June 27, with OP staff voting. Committee members serve two-year terms, and the newly elected members will begin their term on July 1, 2017.
Applications are available on the OPSA website. They must be submitted no later than Friday, June 2.
Examples of activities that OPSA Steering Committee members have been involved in during the past year include:
- Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day
- Mardi Gras Mixer
