Office Yoga™ for every body
Join APISA member and Certified Office Yoga™ instructor Pamela for a yoga flow, incorporating pranayama (breath work), meditation, music, and a sequence syncing breath with movement. Office Yoga is designed for practice at a conference table, your desk or any open area, with minimal floor contact — so you won’t need a mat or fancy yoga pants.
Beginners and experienced yogis are welcome!
