On Tuesday, March 12, join the OP Staff Assembly (OPSA) in welcoming Dr. Paula Trejo-Phillips for a brown-bag session on navigating through periods of uncertainty. Attendees will learn:

- How to build a strong social support network
- Self-care practices that build resilience
- The importance of optimism in challenging situations

Dr. Trejo-Phillips’ is a counselor for UCOP and UCSF with the Faculty and Staff Assistance Program. Her areas of specialty include the psychological sequelae of trauma and torture, post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, depression, multiculturalism, coping with chronic medical illness and end-of-life issues.
