Chancellor Chats — a popular new speaker series in which UC chancellors take turns engaging UCOP staff in friendly, informal conversations — will host its second event on Wednesday, June 5. Join UC Berkeley Chancellor Carol T. Christ to learn more about her priorities, challenges and experience in her office.

In addition to being a celebrated scholar of Victorian literature, Chancellor Christ is well known as an advocate for quality, accessible public higher education, a proponent of the value of a broad education in the liberal arts and sciences and a champion of women’s issues and diversity on college campuses.

Sponsored by the UCOP Staff Assembly, this interactive event will give UCOP staff members an opportunity to get to know Chancellor Christ. Staff can ask questions about her interests and experiences during an open question and answer session.
