Staff engagement survey deadline extended to Friday, June 14
Did you receive an email from Willis Towers Watson inviting you to participate in UC’s Staff Engagement Survey? If you were one of about 20,000 of UC’s non-represented staff randomly selected to participate, you still have time to make your voice heard. To encourage as many people as possible to participate, the deadline to complete your survey has been extended to Friday, June 14.
“UC’s Staff Engagement Survey helps us take a clear, honest look at what it’s like to work for UC,” says Vice President of Systemwide Human Resources Dwaine B. Duckett. “We want to thank UC staff for breaking participation records with our last survey. The more feedback we receive, the more we can continue to improve.”
This survey is completely confidential. Individual responses to the survey and personally identifying information will not be shared with UC.
The survey was developed by the Council of University of California Staff Assemblies (CUCSA) in collaboration with systemwide Human Resources’ Employee Relations department and Willis Towers Watson, a national firm specializing in workforce opinion survey research.
Union-represented employees will not participate in the survey because UC receives their feedback through their union representatives during the collective bargaining process.
