Join WW for its next session

With the hectic holiday season just around the corner, it’s a perfect time to harness your wellness goals by joining WW (Weight Watchers) at UCOP. Every Thursday, colleagues come together to inspire one another and celebrate progress.

Why choose WW?

WW welcomes everyone who seeks to make progress on wellness-related goals — including losing weight, eating better, moving more and developing a positive mindset — and will present science-based programs, tools and experiences to help you reach them. Joining at work gives you a chance to achieve your fitness goals while also building relationships with your colleagues, creating a support network for healthy habits.

“Attending weekly meetings at work gives me inspiration and new ideas to adopt a healthier lifestyle; encouragement to make daily choices to reach my goals and a sustained focus on new, healthier habits that make me feel great,” says Jenn Bejaka, ITS project coordinator.

How to participate

WW sessions take place every Thursday from 11:30 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. in Franklin 12311. You can join at any time during the series at a prorated rate; for those who begin on Thursday, September 26, the fee is $156 for the 12-week series.
