On June 8, UCOP Human Resources retired the Classification and Applicant Tracking System (CATS), the online system we have used to post jobs and track job applications.

The new Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) system is a PeopleSoft-based, modern platform that’s easier and more intuitive for UCOP managers, applicants and HR professionals to use. It also helps to integrate and streamline the overall hiring process in UCPath. To view and apply for open positions in TAM, visit jobs.ucop.edu.

UCOP employees can also now search and apply to positions through a candidate gateway in UCPath. To access it:

• Log in to UCPath online
• In the left menu bar, select Recruiting Workcenter
• Under Employee Self Service, select UCOP Careers

UCOP HR will train managers with active recruitments on the new system.
