Increase your influence in any workplace relationship — in person and virtually
Having collegial and respectful relationships with coworkers is an essential part of a great workplace experience — and a key factor in both job satisfaction and high performance. But since we all come from different backgrounds, generations, expectations and previous work cultures, navigating these relationships can sometimes take a bit of finesse, whether virtually or in person.
A new live, online course offered through UCOP Learning and Development — UCOP Professional Culture Workshop — offers practical tools and techniques for improving your workplace relationships. In this course you’ll learn how to:
- Embrace workplace relationships as a tool for job satisfaction
- Adopt a mindset that positions you to invest in colleague relationships
- Use best practices for etiquette and composure in virtual and in-person workplaces
- Act with confidence and poise to make a positive impact in the workplace
The UCOP Professional Culture Workshop will take place on Friday, Oct. 30, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. PT. Register now through the UC Learning Center.
