Caregivers: Learn to care for yourself, too
The COVID-19 pandemic poses many challenges — for those with and without dependents; for managers and for individual contributors. Regardless of which of these groups you fit into, you’ll benefit from our new course series: Caring for ourselves during COVID-19. Led by UCOP leader Ola Popoola, these courses will teach you how to “put your own oxygen mask on first” to better support family members, friends and co-workers through these unprecedented times. Join us for our next session.
Friday, Nov. 13, 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Being a caregiver can be physically, mentally and emotionally exhausting. If you are voluntarily caring for loved ones, conducting at-home schooling or simply trying to balance multiple individuals in a household, this session is for you. Join Ola as she shares tips and tools for practicing self-care while supporting others and working remotely. Register now through the UC Learning Center.
