We hope that everyone had a safe and relaxing Juneteenth holiday!

Thanks to our colleagues in the UCOP Payroll team and UCLA TRS, Juneteenth has been hard-coded in the Time Reporting System (TRS) and will appear on our June timesheets.

If you’re paid bi-weekly… Your timesheet opened on Sunday, and you should see the Juneteenth holiday recorded — you’re all set.

If you’re paid monthly… You’ll also see the Juneteenth holiday on your calendar; however, if you previously coded this day as PTO or other time off, you’ll need to delete your entry. (The holiday designation won’t override your manual code.)
