BSFO relaunches its popular meditation series

LeNaya Smith Crawford, The Holistic MFT

Due to overwhelmingly positive feedback in June, the UCOP Black Staff and Faculty Organization (BSFO) is relaunching its healing meditation series facilitated by LeNaya Smith Crawford, The Holistic MFT. This program is open to all UCOP staff and will take place every Tuesday and Thursday, from Sept. 14 through Nov. 18, 2021, from 8:45 – 9 a.m. (PT)** Advance registration is not required.

About LeNaya Smith Crawford

LeNaya is a licensed marriage and family therapist, holistic healer, wellness expert and entrepreneur. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Spelman College and her master’s degree in marriage and family therapy with a certification in trauma therapy. She is an advanced-certified yoga, breathwork and meditation guide sound-healer, as well as a media contributor, teacher and speaker. Lanaya helps clients to ethically and confidently integrate evidence-based practices from psychology with mind-body-spirit medicine to promote deep lifelong healing. Learn more about LeNaya.
