Choose your UCOP leadership cohort: ALD vs. PM-ILP
UCOP offers many opportunities for staff at all levels to gain leadership skills. Two of the most popular learning cohorts are the Aspiring Leaders Development Program and People Management-Integrated Learning Program (PM-ILP). Both programs tend to attract staff at similar levels in their careers, but there are a few key differences that set them apart. If you’ve been trying to determine which is best for you, here are some guidelines to help you decide.
