About People Leaders Forums

People Leaders Forums are monthly opportunities for supervisors to connect with one another. Facilitated by UCOP Learning and Development, these workshop-based sessions provide a structured space for people leaders to develop their own leadership skills, build community, share best practices, swap strategies for navigating current challenges and learn to better support themselves and their teams.
