UC is a qualified employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program

The Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program is a federal program created for those in public service jobs, offering the opportunity to have their federal loan balances forgiven after 120 qualifying monthly payments. Generally, many full-time UC employees who otherwise qualify may be eligible to apply their months of employment towards PSLF.
