In Smooth Operator: Facilitating With Flow in Hybrid Meetings, you’ll discover preparation and process techniques for leading hybrid meetings smoothly, increasing participation and engagement, and including both in-person and virtual participants. You’ll also learn how to address the biggest hybrid meeting challenges; understand how to prepare, lead and follow up on hybrid meetings; and discover processes for engaging meeting participants in productive brainstorming and decision-making.
