Remember to sign up for next year’s benefits during Open Enrollment
Open Enrollment for 2024 benefits ends on Friday, Nov. 17, at 5 p.m.
With significant increases in medical plan costs — despite UC covering a larger share of premiums — it’s more important than ever to make sure you understand your options and costs.
If you don’t act during Open Enrollment, you’ll continue your current health coverage in 2024, but your costs may change.
While you’re logged into UCPath to enroll in benefits, it’s the perfect time to go paperless!
Sign up for electronic delivery of your 1095-C and W-2 tax forms and enroll in direct deposit. Here’s how:
On UCPath, select Employee Actions > Income and Taxes. From there, go to:
- Online 1095-C consent (PDF)
- Enroll to receive online W-2 (PDF), and (if you need to)
- Direct Deposit (PDF)
Complete the necessary security checks and follow the steps to enroll. The links above lead to detailed instructions, available after you sign into Sharepoint.
Make sure you sign up before Jan. 1, 2024, to receive your 2023 1095-C electronically and before Jan. 12, 2024, to receive your 2022 W-2 statement electronically.
