When software needs arise, UCOP IT Client Services will help you find the best options to fit your needs while ensuring you’ll get the best price.

Start by checking out the UCOP software catalog, where you’ll find tools for collaboration, file storage, project management and much more—all preapproved for use at UCOP. Each listing includes a description, cost and instructions for ordering.

If you don’t find what you’re looking for, please complete the Software Request Form, checking off “I cannot find the software I am looking for.”

Whether the software is free or for-fee, all software (or SaaS services) should follow this process to purchase or use the software.

Remember, software and SaaS should not be purchased using a UCOP Pcard or a personal credit card.
