On Saturday, March 8, Oakland Broadway building management will shut off all water services in the Broadway building from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. for scheduled maintenance. Restrooms and kitchen areas will be unavailable during this time; however, on-site staff can access facilities in the Franklin building.

Due to the building’s plumbing configuration, water services must be turned off on all floors during plumbing updates. The work is scheduled on a single weekend day to minimize disruption to building occupants.
