Learn how to tailor your Gartner membership experience and leverage the latest research available to you on generative AI, manager effectiveness, DEI and many more hot topics. You’ll learn how to tailor your homepage; discover resources, tools and webinars that are relevant to your interests and find what you’re looking for with advanced search.

Leadership development cohorts

Leadership Development Program: UCOP leaders with five or more years of management experience are encouraged to apply for this 10-month learning journey to discover and hone your developmental objectives as a leader. Register for an LDP info session.

Leadership Fundamentals for Emerging Leaders: UCOP staff who do not yet have a leadership title but are interested in pursuing a leadership role, can attend this highly interactive learning experience for future leaders. Register for an LFP info session.
