Mindfulness Meditation to Reduce Stress, Anxiety and Burnout at Work
Seven-week cohort, Sept. 26 through Nov. 7 | Fridays, 9:30 to 10:15 a.m. (PT)
Grow and develop skillful strategies for navigating challenges, stress and anxiety at work by applying for UCOP’s highly-rated seven-session mindfulness cohort. This impactful virtual series is facilitated by renowned trainer and mindfulness expert Pierre Khawand from People-OnTheGo.
Mindfulness offers many benefits, including lower stress levels, better sleep, improvements in physical and mental health, better focus and enhanced memory. This course focuses on how mindfulness can help you manage the stressors and anxiety associated with today’s demanding work environment, including the challenges of remote and hybrid work.
Over seven weeks, an intimate group of colleagues will meet virtually to learn mindfulness techniques and practices, participate in guided meditations and engage in lively discussions. The cohort is limited to 15 participants. Apply here to participate.
