This engaging three-part course offers a practical and scalable approach to managing projects from initiation through completion. Led by trusted facilitator Raj Kapur, this course features real-world applications, hands-on exercises and collaborative learning to ensure that concepts are immediately transferable to the workplace.

While we will cover traditional project management concepts, this session is focused on sharing innovative insights and practical techniques to help you better manage projects of all kinds.
