UC Peer Connections Cycle 2

UC Peer Connections is a self-driven UC peer-to-peer networking program that aims to enhance employee connection and belonging within UCOP and across the system through meaningful relationships. Participants activate an Imperative account and complete a 15-minute “Purpose Profile” that articulates their values, aspirations and career drivers. Based on these profiles, they’re matched with a peer at UCOP or another UC location, with whom they will schedule and participate in three one-hour virtual conversations between Jan. 13 to Feb. 27, 2026. Participants will meet on the Imperative Platform, where they will engage in private (not recorded) guided discussions and plan career-related aspirations. Learn more by reviewing the program overview, then complete the short UC Peer Connections application by Friday, Dec. 5, at 5 p.m. (PT). Staff who have previously participated in the program must complete a new application. Participants’ licensing fees are sponsored by UCOP Learning & Development.
