• Mark your calendar, join a session and reflect on what you learn — then share feedback so we can keep improving
• Explore other site resources, including learning tips, recommended pathways, FAQs and contact information for support

Tips for maximizing value

• Set aside dedicated time in your workweek for learning — just 30-60 minutes a week can make a difference
• Choose a topic that stretches you a little beyond your current comfort zone; growth often happens just outside the familiar
• After attending, try applying one new idea in your work soon; this helps the learning “stick”
• Share what you learn with your team or peers — teaching others is a great way to reinforce your own learning
