New workshops are coming your way on using the Concur system for travel and entertainment reimbursements. The Business Resource Center Travel and Entertainment team has reframed the previously lengthy Concur training session into new 30-minute workshops tailored to cover specific topics in bite-sized presentations.

Join the T&E team on Monday, Jan. 12 for the first Concur workshop series:

• ConnexUC, Service Now and Concur Overview: 10:30 – 11 a.m. (PT)
• Pre-Travel Requests: 2 – 2:30 p.m.
• Expense Reports: 2:40 – 3:10 p.m.

Starting on February 19, these events will be offered on the third Thursday of each month — part of a new series, Travel Thursdays.

Pre-registration is not required. Join via Zoom. Event recordings will be available for those who are unable to attend.
