Join BSFO for a special January event featuring Ola Popoola

Ola Popoola, executive director of procurement transformation and operations, Systemwide Procurement, will lead a BSFO workshop on Jan. 20.
On Tuesday, Jan. 20, from 2 – 3:30 p.m., join the Black Staff and Faculty Organization (BSFO) for a special hybrid event — Personal Leadership Part II: From Awareness to Action.
If we want to build self-mastery, clarity and resilience in a world filled with volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity (VUCA), self-leadership is more important than ever. What separates those who merely cope from those who excel is the ability to lead themselves first.
Guest speaker Ola Popoola, Ed.D., executive director of procurement transformation and operations, Systemwide Procurement, will lead a workshop that will challenge you to pause, reflect and reset your approach to self-leadership from the inside out. It’s not about lofty theory or motivational fluff; it’s about practical self-mastery, understanding your internal barriers, managing your energy and focus, and cultivating the discipline to act intentionally under pressure.
This session will equip participants to navigate complexity with composure, clarity and conviction.
