Through exercises and real-world examples, you’ll practice organizing information, writing effective subject lines, formatting messages for readability and adapting your writing for your audience. Attendance at both sessions is required.

Project Management 1

Build practical skills for managing projects from start to finish. Through hands-on exercises and collaborative learning, you’ll explore a flexible project management approach that can help you plan effectively, navigate complex work and keep projects moving toward successful completion. Attendance at all three sessions is required.

Take your Excel data-analysis skills to the next level. You’ll explore advanced PivotTables, lookup functions, trend and forecasting tools, scenario analysis and data modeling concepts. Microsoft Excel’s desktop version is required, and a dual-monitor setup is recommended. Attendance at both sessions is required.
