Get a behind-the-scenes look into UC’s state budget work
Have you ever wondered how the university’s Sacramento advocacy connects with UC’s budget planning?
On Nov. 3, from 12 – 1 p.m. (PT), join colleagues in the UC Finance division for a lunch and learn on how UC’s budget development and state advocacy work inform one another. Get a behind-the-scenes look into how Regents’ priorities shape UC’s budget requests and advocacy, while conditions in Sacramento also influence budget planning. Kathleen Fullerton and Caín Díaz will discuss how the work moves in both directions.
