A few weeks ago, you may have noticed that we sent Link a couple of days late — for the first time in more than five years. Our WordPress site was experiencing some tricky technical issues, and we needed a cross-functional team of colleagues to sleuth them out and get us going again.

The Link team is incredibly grateful to the folks who made Link a priority and dropped everything to help us, despite how busy they were with other pressing projects and duties. It truly takes a whole UCOP village to make our newsletter work — and many important tasks take place behind the scenes.
