Become a force for change with the upcoming Change Essentials course

Change isn’t slowing down, and research shows that most of us aren’t fully ready for it—which is why learning how to lead change is essential for personal growth and organizational success. That’s why we’re excited to offer a new class, Change Essentials, based on the best-selling book, “Our Iceberg Is Melting: Changing and Succeeding Under Any Conditions,” by Dr. John Kotter and Holger Rathgeber.

Dr. Kotter’s extensive research has identified eight key steps and four critical leadership principles essential for successful change. These insights form the foundation of our three-part workshop, designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate and lead change effectively.

Change Essentials, 3 sessions
Thursdays: Oct 2, 9 & 16, 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. (PT)

Attendance is required at all three sessions.

During the training, you will:

  • Learn the eight steps to successful change: Discover proven steps to help manage and implement change within your department or organization.
  • Apply strategies to real-world scenarios: Gain practical experience by identifying and applying these steps and principles to current or anticipated changes within your department or as part of broader organizational initiatives.

This training is not just about learning; it’s about doing. By the end of the training, you will have a solid foundation to help you lead change with confidence and success.
