Embrace the winter season with renewed energy and motivation! UCOP staff are invited to join the UC Snow Wonder Wellness Challenge, a fun and invigorating way to boost your health and connect with colleagues across the university.
Participate as an individual or as part of a team of 4–40, and track your daily nutrition and physical activity starting Nov. 17. Whether you prefer walking in the crisp air, enjoying a yoga session, or preparing a nourishing meal, every healthy choice helps your team climb the leaderboard — and brings you one step closer to exciting prizes!
It’s easy to join in: Register at uc.snowwonderchallenge.com. Once registered, you can record your progress using your favorite tracker or any mobile or desktop device.
