UC will soon launch its 6^th Systemwide Policy-Covered Career Staff Engagement Survey. Understanding our employees’ experiences, perspectives and engagement is essential to strengthening our workplace culture, supporting our community and, ultimately, to fulfilling our mission.

On June 22, policy-covered career staff who have at least 50% appointments, excluding health center employees, will receive an email with a link to the survey from Deloitte, the global professional services firm conducting the survey on UC’s behalf. If you receive an invitation to participate, please take the time to share your perspective.

The University intends to expand the systemwide survey to a broader group of staff in future engagement surveys.
