Construction is underway on 1100 Broadway, the forthcoming 18-story office high rise adjacent to our offices at 1111 Franklin. When it is completed (by early 2020) the new building, along with Franklin, will form a campus containing all UCOP staff in Oakland. To help you stay updated on this project, we have set up a number of information resources:

Box folder

An 1100 Broadway Box folder open to all UCOP employees contains informational materials related to construction and planning of 1100 Broadway.

Brown bag

All interested UCOP staff are invited to attend a new brown bag to hear about the progress of UCOP’s Space Consolidation Project and the ongoing development of the 1100 Broadway building. A Q&A session will follow the presentation.

Listservs

We have established email listservs for updates on the development of our new campus, and for each of our buildings in Oakland. These will provide alerts regarding any disruption or activity related to the construction of 1100 Broadway and/or the many other highrise construction projects occurring in downtown Oakland. (See the construction map in our public Box folder for more information on the location and size of these other projects.)
