Franklin lobby display screens will keep you in the know about news, events

Next time you’re in the Franklin lobby, don’t forget to stop at the two large display screens on the Broadway side.
These screens are our latest tool to help keep you informed about what’s happening at UCOP, including upcoming events, reminders about your benefits and other important news.
Announcements on the screens will supplement — but not replace — existing channels of communication such as Link and communications from senior leaders and your supervisor.
The following criteria will guide what appears on the lobby screens:
- News about UC, presidential and UCOP priorities
- Information about key UCOP events such as town halls with senior leaders and the annual Open Enrollment fair
- Upcoming events organized or sponsored by UC, UCOP or UCOP-recognized affinity groups. Events must be open to all UCOP staff and help build community.
- All content must comply with UCOP Principles of Community, and will be presented in a way that meets UC brand guidelines.
UCOP Internal Communications owns and manages the lobby screens, and will determine and produce the content. The lobby screens will be updated once a month, at the beginning of each month, with the latest news and upcoming events.
