Management Skills Assessment Program (MSAP)

The UC MSAP program helps high-potential supervisors, managers and early-career professionals take their careers to the next level through personalized assessments. Within 18-24 months of participating in MSAP, 27% of participants move into higher-level job classifications. Learn more about MSAP.
