Want to use LinkedIn Learning during your commute, but don’t have cell service or don’t want to use your data? Good news: All learners can download courses and individual videos on most mobile devices using the LinkedIn Learning app.

Get the app for your smartphone and start downloading courses by using the instructions below. A few notes:

• Offline viewing is only available through the app, so you can’t download videos to your desktop or laptop.
• To access your downloaded content, you must be logged in to your LinkedIn Learning account. The app login is valid for 30 days, after which you’ll be prompted to sign in again.

iOS users

Download the LinkedIn Learning app from the App Store.

To download a course:

• Log in to the LinkedIn Learning app.
• Navigate to the course you want to download.
• Tap the Download icon below the course title (three vertical dots).
• From the pop-up that appears, tap Download.
• To download an individual video, tap the Download icon (three vertical dots) to the right of each video you’d like to download.

To view a course offline:

• Log in to the LinkedIn Learning app.
• Tap the My Courses tab (book icon).
• Scroll to the bottom of the page.
• In the Downloaded section, you will find all your downloaded courses and videos.

Android users

Download the LinkedIn Learning app from Google Play.

To download a course:

• Log in to the LinkedIn Learning app.
• Navigate to the course you want to download.
• Tap the Download icon below the course title (three vertical dots).
• From the Download Entire Course pop-up that appears, tap DOWNLOAD NOW.

To download an individual video:

• Log in to the LinkedIn Learning app.
• Navigate to the course.
• Scroll to the bottom of the page.
• Tap the Contents tab located beneath the video player.
• Tap the Download icon (arrow pointing down) next to the video you would like to individually download.

To view a course offline:

• Log in to the LinkedIn Learning app.
• Tap the My Courses tab (book icon).
• Scroll to the bottom of the page.
• In the Downloaded section, you will find all your downloaded courses and videos.
