The Oakland office consolidation move process has begun!

To keep staff informed with the latest updates, the UCOP Office Consolidation Team is hosting its first series of virtual drop-in sessions on upcoming moves into the new Broadway and renovated Franklin buildings via Zoom.

If you’re moving out of the 20^th Street or 1111 Broadway buildings, we encourage you to attend this first series, which begins June 22. You will be given priority registration. Register here.

• Session 1: Move Timeline & Process
  Monday, June 22, 2 – 3 p.m.
• Session 2: New Features & Furnishings
  Tuesday, June 30, 9 – 10 a.m.
• Session 3: Welcome to Your New Workplace
  Friday, July 17, 11 a.m. – 12 p.m.

These three informational sessions will be offered multiple times over the coming months to ensure that all staff receive timely information near their scheduled move dates. Register here for one or all sessions. Zoom details will be emailed to confirmed participants.

As a reminder, UCOP employees will return to the office in phases. During UCOP Level 2 – Priority Facilities Occupancy, most staff will continue to work from home.
