Join the Culture and Connectivity and Human Resources teams for bi-weekly Friday Meet-ups. These hour-long sessions will provide tips, tools and resources on a variety of topics from well-being and self-care to staying connected with your teams. The series begins with workshops based on your feedback from the Faculty and Staff Assistance Program (FSAP) survey.

In this meet-up we will explore the new paradigm we find ourselves in and will discuss ways of managing balance as we work from home, alongside all of the responsibilities of our home lives.
Feeling Overwhelmed? The Aspects of Overwhelm and Engaging in Emotion Regulation
July 10, 11 a.m. – 12 p.m.
In this meet-up we will explore overwhelm, contributing factors and emotion regulation techniques to combat the depleting emotional and physical experience that overwhelm brings on.
