As a UCOP staff member, it’s important that you apply to open positions as an internal (rather than external) applicant. You’ll do this through the new Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) system, which is now seamlessly integrated with UCPath.

To search and apply for open positions:

• Log in to UCPath online
• In the left menu bar, select Recruiting Workcenter
• Under Employee Self Service, select UCOP Careers
• Search by keyword at the top of the screen, or use the sidebar menus to narrow by department, job family, function or posting date
• Once you find a job that you would like to apply for, use the link at the bottom of the posting

Positions you apply for will also be shown in this section. Please note that only you can see pending applications — TAM applications are not visible to your manager.

Attend a TAM training session

On Monday, Dec. 14, from 1-1:45 p.m. (PT), join the UCOP HR Talent Acquisition team for an introduction to TAM. Register now through UC Learning Center.
