April 7, 12-1 p.m.

Join UC Center Sacramento for a talk with Dr. Susan Buchbinder, M.D., director of Bridge HIV, with the San Francisco Department of Public Health, and clinical professor of medicine at UCSF. Dr. Buchbinder will focus on the rapid development of highly effective COVID-19 vaccines, challenges to vaccine development and implementation. “The Impacts of COVID-19 on Small Business Owners, Taxable Sales and College Students in California”
April 14, 12-1 p.m.

Join UC Center Sacramento for a talk with Professor Robert Fairlie, professor of economics at UC Santa Cruz and member of the National Bureau of Economic Research. Professor Fairlie will discuss how COVID-19 has impacted California by using data from April 2020 through January 2020.
