Gov. Newsom proposes significant new investments in UC
On May 13, California Gov. Gavin Newsom reaffirmed his support for a state spending plan that would make significant long-term investments in the University of California, allowing UC to increase enrollment and expand college access and affordability to families across the state.
“Governor Newsom’s multiyear compact reflects a partnership with the University of California that will help us maintain our excellence while expanding student access, equity and affordability,” said President Drake.
