PM-ILP is designed to complement the systemwide People Management Series & Certificate. In PM-ILP, participants will complete the online courses individually and meet monthly as a cohort to apply the skills learned. PM-ILP is designed to help current and aspiring managers acquire the knowledge and insights to become more impactful in their roles.
