President Drake expressed his sincere admiration and gratitude for the selfless service of our UC military community.

President Michael V. Drake, M.D., recently toured UC San Diego — his first visit there since becoming president in August 2020.

“Artificial intelligence holds great potential, but it must be used with appropriate care and caution,” President Drake said.

UC celebrates with gratitude and joy the Indigenous peoples who have endured and thrived over generations of attempted erasure and harm to their cultural, individual, and collective wellbeing.
