Regent Emerita Laphonza Butler, president of EMILY’s List, will speak on empowering women in political office and advocacy for labor union rights

On March 1, University of California Regent Richard Leib assumed the duties and responsibilities of the Chair of the Board. He succeeds Cecilia V. Estolano.
