New coaching toolkit for supervisors

The UC Learning Center is now offering an online resouce for supervisors. The Day-to-Day Coaching toolkit helps supervisors identify and take advantage of in-the-moment coaching opportunities. Use employees' current assignments and responsibilities to develop the skills they need.
