Applications for OPSA steering committee being accepted until June 3
Would you like to make a difference in the culture and climate at UCOP? Help plan fun activities for the staff? Get to know more of your fellow staff members?
If so, consider getting involved in OP Staff Assembly (OPSA). Members elected to the OPSA Steering Committee serve a two-year term, and the applications are now available on the OPSA website. All applications must be submitted no later than Friday, June 3.
Elections for the committee positions will take place from June 15 to June 27, with OP staff voting. The two-year term for new candidates will begin July 13.
Examples of activities that OPSA committee members have been involved in during the past year:
- Mardi Gras Mixer
- Earth Day festivities at UCOP
- 2015 Staff Engagement Survey Focus Groups
- Communications Advisory Subcommittee for cross-collaboration between OP staff and internal communications
