UCPath portal enhanced thanks to your feedback

Big thanks to the more than 350 UCOP employees who responded to the January 2017 survey about using UCPath! We will be reporting more about the survey results in an upcoming Link article, but wanted to let you know that some changes have already been made in response to your very helpful feedback.

What’s changed

The Ask UCPath Center function on the UCPath portal has been enhanced as follows:

  • When you submit an inquiry (question) on the UCPath portal, you’ll see more in-depth details, such as any email messages between you and the UCPath Center (UCPC) that are related to your inquiry as well as comments about the resolution.
  • Your open and closed inquiries now appear on separate tabs for clearer organization.
  • You can now reopen a closed UCPath inquiry within five business days of closure.

Please visit UCPath and on the upper left hand side, click on “Ask UCPath Center” to submit an inquiry. You may also call the UCPath Center at 855‐982‐7284 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (PST) Monday – Friday and speak with an associate.
