UCOP IT Service Desk and mail service delays expected this week
Due to limited staffing, UCOP employees who contact the local IT Service Desk or request desk-side IT support may experience longer than normal delays for non-critical requests this week. UCOP postal mail delivery may also be delayed.
Employees are encouraged to email the Service Desk servicedesk@ucop.edu with routine IT inquiries or to enter requests directly into Service-Now.
Staff with urgent IT requests, including laptop or desktop issues that must be addressed in order to continue work, should call the IT Service Desk at (510) 987-0457 or stop by the Help Desk (Franklin 7116).
