Now even more people can participate in your Zoom video meetings! Zoom recently increased its base capacity from 100 to 300 participants. There is no need for you to do anything; the increase has already been applied to all UCOP Zoom subscriber accounts.

Conducting a larger meeting? No problem.

To conduct a meeting with 301 to 500 participants, you can reserve a one-time, add-on license to temporarily increase your participant capacity. From your Outlook calendar, simply specify one of the “Zoom Participants 500” room resources in a calendar invitation.
