Share your thoughts on UCOP’s performance appraisal process

UCOP is working to streamline and simplify the organization’s performance appraisal process for non-represented employees. Staff input is being collected to align the process with a new technology platform and support a meaningful structure for performance-related feedback.

A group comprised of subject matter experts and representatives from each UCOP division is working to develop recommendations and implement the new process over the next several months, and they want to hear from you.

In the coming weeks, there will be several opportunities for you to provide in-person and electronic feedback to the group. All staff who have opinions about or suggested changes to UCOP’s performance appraisal process are encouraged to participate and share their thoughts.

It is important to collect feedback from all levels of the organization that is representative of the diversity of UCOP’s workforce, so please make your voice heard.

An electronic survey will be distributed to all UCOP staff during the last week of August.
