Have thoughts on UCOP performance appraisals? Share them!
A group of UCOP colleagues — comprised of subject-matter experts and representatives from every UCOP division — is working to streamline and simplify our performance appraisal process for non-represented employees.
In order to develop recommendations that will serve all employees, they’re actively collecting staff input. There will be several opportunities for you to provide in-person and electronic feedback to the group. Once finalized, the new process will be implemented over the next several months, along with a new technology platform.
How to participate
- Schedule an in-person feedback session: Feedback sessions allow you to provide your perspective in person to a group of interested colleagues. Sign up here.
- Complete the electronic survey. Please be on the lookout for an electronic survey that will be distributed during the last week of August.
In order to support a meaningful structure for performance-related feedback, it is important to incorporate feedback from all levels of the organization, representing the diversity of UCOP’s workforce. If you have opinions about or suggested changes to UCOP’s performance appraisal process, please participate and share your thoughts!
